31 Day Squat Challenge: Day 7- Ohh Wee

Day 7: August 9th, 2014

Workout: 10 min. Lower Abs
                90 Squats

Holy moly cow bells! Today was fantabulous. I did skip out on the walk in the morning, oops, but it still was a very productive day. I swear the Lower Ab Workout  is kickin' my bum even more than day 1. Oh boy does the burn feel good haha. Then it twas on to the 90 squats. I really started feelin' it when I hit the 75 mark. All in all it was pretty freakin' awesome.
Food update, I have been really good on keeping everything pretty balanced. Of course my breakfast is the biggest part of the day, and it just flows on with my other meals. We always ate pretty good in the house, but everything has just gotten better. I've been doing a lot better too about midnight snacks. I use to have like a whole new meal but now it's actually snacks and between fruits or nibbling on some amazing pretzel chips. If you've never had the pretzel chips, you're missing out haha.
Much luck to everyone on their workout journey!
Oh and I found this picture quite amusing.

31 Day Squat Challenge: Day 5- Rest Day

Day 5: August 7th, 2014

I did absolutely didn't do a damn thing today, except finish up the back yard. Even though on the list day 5 is a rest day, but I was going to still d my lower abs and walk, buuutt I was like NO I shall rest a whole damn  day. LOL.
I want ya'll to know who's working out in general, its OK to have rest day's. Matter of fact it's better to have rest day's. Gives your body the time to relax and do what ever it needs to do with your muscles, and actually lower's your risk of injury allowing your body to rest. So, never kick yourself in the ass if you miss a day or two of resting. Anymore than four day's, then yeah you're probably gonna wanna get a kick in the ass. Never ever give up no matter how hard it gets.
So, today was a lovely day of nothing. Back yard looks much better than before. Thank goodness, my mom was starting to bug me about doing the yard for weeks now. Haha.
Hope you all have a fantastic day!

Let's Show Mom We Can Do It!

I know it has been WAY too long since I've last made a post. But this one is specifically for my dearest mother. If I were to point out some one who is a hard worker, a mentor, motivational, awe inspiring woman it would be my mom. She is a Network Social Media Marketer and she's a hell of a person. She is literally working all day an mostly during the wee hours of the night. Currently she is using my laptop to do most of her business. As I do not mind her using my computer at all. I feel that she deserves the best of the best. She has always wanted a Mac Book Pro since forever and I want to do that for her. I currently do not have the currency  to get this wonderful gift for her. So I figured why not make a Go Fund Me right? I see people all day doing Go Fund Me for all sorts of donations that I think are wonderful and amazing and I wanted to make one for her. So I did.

Even if you do not donate I will appreciate it if you spread the word with me and get one goal at a time. I honestly love this lady more than anything in the world (besides my little munchkin of course) but because she has helped me through thick and thin and been my best supporter all the way through.
Thank you all for donations an spreading the word, YOU are awesome and lovely.

Why I am an Entrepreneur.

I'm going to tell you a brief bit of my history and why I am an entrepreneur. I grew up watching both my mother and father stuggling with their jobs. Watching them 'just get by' on paying the bills. Watching my mom come home crying because of the pain she was going through physically and mentally. Going to amscot to 'help us' get that bill paid. They were very tough times. As I was worked in the job field for only so long of my life, I realized this just isn't for me, this is not what I want to become by trading my time for money that wasn't even enough to help. Not  even able to enjoy the money I earned and I was working for someone elses dream, not mine. I appreciate everything my mom has done but I did not want to end up in my parents position. Why work so hard for someone else when you can work as hard for your own dream. Im proud to say my mom took a stand and fired her boss in febuary of 2011! It was a tough decision but she did it and became independent and started working on herself. Watching her do this just gave me more motivation to follow my dreams. She showed me that it is never to late to start over.

As an entrepreneur there are obstacles and many times where you gotta step outta your comfort zone to succeed to that next step. Personally for me I had a procrastination problem. I would want to do something and just be to scared too, my old shyness would get in my way. I couldn't even talk to family about what I have been up to as an entrepreneur. I was TERRIFIED of rejection and people not taking me seriously. I had to stop holding myself back from the success that was ahead of me. I am a recovering procrastinator. I do not take any (excuse my language) bull shit from myself anymore, I do not hear excuses anymore. I also don't listen to anyone else excuses. I have learned that excuses are "well thought out lies". Tis' the hard truth.

So with all that being said, this is that path I create. I takes courage and lots of faith. I have that courage and faith, I have many supporters around me who believe in me and my dreams and don't judge me. Those are the people I surround myself with. You must only surround yourself with positive people.

So what I would like to encourage you to do is ask yourself a few simple questions.
" Do you trade your time for money,do you leverage your time for money?"
" do you hesitate when you want to do something, or do you act on it?"
" Do you project your old pain into your present day, or do you turn your lessons into gold?"
"Do you believe that you deserve to give more?"
"How do you feel when you see someone you perceive as successful?"
"Are you ready to take action now to improve your life?"

Success Secrets Revealed (ViSalus)

I had to share this article my Team leader, Business Partner, and Mom wrote today about success in ViSalus. In this you will see WHY the ESS+ is the BEST way to enter into business with ViSalus (THE largest Health Platform in the World!) This is how the Ambassadors joined and how people have much faster success with our company. It is an absolute BARGIN to enter this MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY with the ESS+. Here is the Juice:

As I build my Amazing team and work with the most amazing leaders, I have found the KEY to the Fastest way to Earn success! The most prized promotion is the First; RISING STAR DIRECTOR. The BEST time to earn it is with in your first 7 days. It is simple, Follow the Get Started Training and  Sponsor 3 ACTIVE distributors and $2000 in Group Qualifying Volume ( GQV is the total in team sales including Distributor Packs). Those who achieve this in 7 days are in POSITION to reach our Second Position with in 30 to 45 days. That Position is Regional Director and it is the position with the $600 BMW bonus. To Qualify for Regional Director, a promoter needs to have 3 ACTIVE distributors and $12,500 in GQV. Those who reach these positions the fastest Enter the Business as an ESS+( Executive Success System ). Let me break down the scenario for you. The ESS+ gives the new Promoter 75 samples to share with their Network; 25 Starter packs and 50 Sample Packs. They also receive over $600 in Products to Kick Start their Personal Challenge, giving them their extensive knowledge of the product line from EXPERIENCE. AND the Most important aspect of the ESS+ kit is the $999 in volume.RSD ( Rising Star Director)= 3 active Distributors and $2000 in GQVESS+ = $999 in VolumeThat leave’s the new Business Partner with $1001 , and 3 ACTIVE Distributors to reach RSD in 7 days. If the New Promoter brings in 3 New people to their team at the same Business Kit, they have $3996 in total GQV. They are Now Rising Star Directors. If their team does the same in their first week, that gives the Promoter $12,987 in GQV by week 2. That makes the the 2 week old Promoter Regional Director and BMW Qualified. They earn DOUBLE Bonuses for life because they earned Rising Star Director and they helped 12 people earn Rising Star Director as well! And Because the new 3 week old Promoter is continually prospecting,  they are building their WAITING ROOM to hold contests for their team, with the ability to help them reach Regional Director as well.  (The above volume does not reflect  this because each person will vary according to effort, Kyle Pacetti made a run for AMBASSADOR in 45 days and achieved it with 12 New ESS+ team member’s in his first 30 days.) This is the Very Essence of Leverage. Make your Money work for you and you will work far less. The ESS+ Promoter Package is for those who are ready to SUCCEED NOW. I am Ready Willing and Able to help you launch your new Visalus Business TODAY.  This is the smartest way to be involved with this MULTI MILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS (which is on track to be the FIRST Network Marketing Company to reach a BILLION in sales in North America Alone)*Be Aware that Visalus has not launched outside of North America YET, and when it does WATCH OUT!

For beginners: How to utilize Social Networks

I was thinking of ways to get my work out there in the world and I wanted to share with you what I have put together! This could help you too!. The biggest thing I decided to do is be OPEN, we have to be open to our talents and resources in order for us to create meaningful ways to share.
One of the ways to do this is join everything in your category; websites, blogs, groups local communities. Get involved with your craft and those associated with it!I thought of contacting some places such as certain photo contest or even cons! Get a panel (or a both) at events in your area and sell your work. If your a big fan of National Geographic like I am send photos to their website or to their magazines and get your work shown!

My mom knows how to network market (That's why they call her Coach!)  so I have someone that can show me the way. That's what I want to do for you. Here's a push to pursue your dreams.

SOCIAL NETWORKS:
FACEBOOK:
If you don't have facebook yet... get one. Facebook is an excellent platform to share your work. Create a 'Like' page share it to you friends and family and they will share it and more people will see and do the same! There is an add-on for facebook called networkblogs. That goes on to our next thing, create your own blog. Show your creative side, and I suggest you put some affiliates on it. Make sure you have affiliates that match with your interests, better yet, keep them in sync with your Blog content. Keep it simple and and artful, people don't want to feel like affiliates are all your blog is about. Affiliates are there to help you fund your dreams, not distract people from them.
TWITTER: create your twitter page and add your blog syndication from Network Blogs there too.
GOOGLE+: the next big thing! Every time you click the G+ button on any link, it shows up on your profile, and also increases your standings on a Google search! Very Awesome!
And don't sleep on LinkedIn.
I also advise that you stumble your interests on StumbleUpon ( unabashedly promote yourself!), and Ping-O-Matic.
Follow other blogs, we have much to learn from one another. Comment click the G+ button, share on your Facebook.

Last but not least: NO SPAM! Do not spam others walls or their blogs. There is a time and a place for self promotion. You would not like it done to you. Have netiquette!  ( http://www.studygs.net/netiquette.htm )
Here are my Social Network Links :)
