31 Day Squat Challenge: Day 9- Ooh Me

Day 9: August 14th, 2014

Workout: 15 min. Lower Back Yoga
               45 Squats

Today was quite an easy day! The lower back workout felt great. Everything went smoothly.
There was something I wanted to tell you guys, I'm going to start training for the Freedom Run to fight against Human Trafficking. The distance includes a 1 mile walk, 5K walk, 5K run, and 10K run. If you live in the Tampa Bay Area, this will be set place in Clearwater. You can click the link to find out more if your interested.
Any who, I have a sheet for 7 weeks of training. I tell ya what, this is mighty intimidating to me. I mean, I know I can either just walk/run for 1 mile or more. But I honestly have never done anything like this before. At the same time, the experience is going to be amazing. The cause is just incredible, and a bunch of great people to meet. Now thank goodness I'll be there with someone I know. We will be training together Via YouTube. I believe we are going to make each other videos to keep that motivation up and see our progress. Ah!
If you want to join my friend and I on this awesome sauce adventure, contact me in the information below or comment on this post. I believe if you get 2 people total to 100 in a group you get 5 dollars off your registration fee.
So, I guess I gotta get started very soon.

Much Love,

A water birth :)

So, as most of you know I am choosing to do a natural water birth. Reason being I want my baby to come into a less stressful environment. I have done much research on water births and how they can be good for me and my baby. I didn't like the idea of being in a hospital room that are surrounded by people who really don't have a connection with you as much as a midwife would. I also wanted to have a drug free birth. As awesome as an epidural has helped many, I'm not smashing an epidural, I just think it would be best for me to have the full experience. Haha plus I have faith in that I will have a easy going birth :)
So , I am going to a birthing center in Dunedin. They are wonderful people! My midwife Cheryl is great! The environment is very calming and the birthing rooms are like a bed and breakfast! They provide eveything that I've been looking for.

Here are photos of my birthing room! Its so calming and relaxing. There is also a path that leads right to water so I could walk around. And a beautiful house that's for sale there ;).

Way out to the birth walk (family room)

The Bed :)

The tub for having the baby.

On the walk, this is the house for sale.

The view :)

House Hunting: Mainly Tarpon Springs.

Boy do I LOVE house hunting! You see so many and its so hard to chose! We have done much searching and pre-paving designs for our lil' home. Mainly looking in Tarpon Springs/Holiday area. I'm absolutely in love with Tarpon. Its funny how when I use to live there I always knew it was beautiful but never really saw the true beauty. After living away from Tarpon for about 5 years I see everything totally different. Literally I'll be walking down grand in tarpon on the way to the bayou and I am in total awe and bliss. It's kinda refreshing because when I move back it will be a total different mindset on how I look at things.

Here are some photo's of mine from Tarpon. Not many some are old and some are new. And all based around the Bayou... I think I must take new photo's of all around Tarpon. :)

These are taken By others.
