Address change and more!

Photo from Google Maps

Today we headed out to the post office to change our address. It's so stinking exciting how something as simple as changing your address can effect a big part of your life.
I also called the Dmv to set up an appointment to turn in my application for a drivers license. First I have to take the permit test.
I have a little over a month to go and pass this thing. I am doing what I can now to help me later. Like watching YouTube videos on how to parallel park or do a three point turn lol. I definitely have to get my backing up skills on point.
Other than that I'm pretty good at it lol.

I can't wait to get it all started.  I also called the school over here for Stella.
She can't enroll just yet because they ended the registrations in January.
But this also gives me enough time to get started at the Waldorf school for September. Since I should most definitely have a car by then I'll be more than willing drive her to that school hands down.
I cannot wait! This spring and summer is going to be the most amazing and beautiful.

Much Lover,
Sara Litardo

Merrily We Meet: Week 2

Stella again had oh so much fun with everyone!
Met some new faces and enjoyed playing and running.
This Morning before we got going out into the world.
Cart Pushin' Time!
Today was definitely a lot of fun. She wasn't in the mood to sing a long to the songs, which was cute.
Stella was fast and snuck over to the Kindergarten side of the play ground.
They have a little play house and she just loves those things,
I need to get on asap for her.
Any who I hope you enjoyed this little montage of pictures.
I think I should bring my actual camera next time.

Oh on a quick note, Suncoast Waldorf is having A Day of Enchantment on April 25th
So if you are close by you should definitely go!
Mom will be able to come with me and finally see the school for herself. I can't wait!
day of enchantment

Clear Your Mind

I honestly didn't know what to write about today, but then, I realized  I've been kicking myself in the butt lately. Not literally but mentally. Honestly, I do this ever so often not really thinking about it. Recently reading a few great post about The Power of Law of Attraction and Afformations to Change Your Life.
It made me think. I already know about the Law of Attraction, I dig it very much, but I don't do it or think it to myself as often as I use too. I fell off that wagon. Now it's time to get back on.
Instead of bitching about it as my ego want's to, I have to take control of it. It's only difficult if you think it's difficult, hence it will become more difficult. I hope that made sense lol.

I want to share with you all what I wrote down in my Journal.
I want you to repeat this to yourself too.

Relax and breath. You are beautiful (or handsome)
You are unique, you accept good things to come.
You are filled with positive energy,
so much that it burns away the negative.
What you think is what you become.
So think carefully.
You speak what you think into existence.

Be free, be yourself, be different, be fun,
 be cautious, but be wild.
You live everyday,
so live your life with purpose.
There is no time to waste,
so fill your life with love and happiness.
Tell the universe, yourself,
you ask and receive with open arms.
You know what you want and
what you need and you always find a way.
You are happy.
You are aware of the power you
have and you are not afraid to use it.

And of course over all things remember it's going to be Okay.

If you enjoyed this little post tell me in the commented below!
Thank you! :)

I...I'm Back on Track and Tea Time!

Yay! I have to say after these long long weeks of not really being able to do any fast paced exercise, I think I can finally get back to my squats! Thankfully the yoga I've been doing  has helped a lot but, if there is something I noticed while not doing any squats, is that my ass and thigh/calf muscles went down. Like Whoa what happen down. Day 1 down, I'm pretty happy right now. If you're new to my blog post a chart of a 30 day squat/crunches challenge.

Honestly every time I went to go back to the squats I felt like my heart and lungs were gonna explode. Freakin' ridiculous if you ask me. I'm still not quite over my, whatever the fuck I have. I have been consuming more tea and water! That helps a lot. I could probably use more veggies and fruits.
I will be going tea shopping! I thought I had all this tea, but if I'm drinking it. it's going away fast lol. Let me show you my list of Tea's I want to get and try.

Passion Flower Tea.
No freaking lie, I just now at this moment discovered that I can make this right now. We have Passion Flower's every where! Invasive little shit's they are, but now I know what I can make tea with them! Bwahahahaha.
This is great for anxiety or for people who do a lot of over thinking and just straight up too much going on in that brain. Perfect to have before bedtime so you can sleep with relaxed clear thoughts.

Oolong Tea.
This tea is a lovely fat burner! Raises your metabolism after 2 hours of drinking it, and also helps blockfat from building enzymes. I could love this tea very very much.

White Tea
This tea seems to be like an overall bad-ass. Prevents fat cells from forming and also fights against aging.
Ginger Tea
I Love Love ginger tea! Especially with a bit of honey I mean Yummy! This is a perfect anti-inflammatory, so if you have a headache this is the go to tea, gets rid of that pain right away.

Ginseng Tea
This tea seems to be another overall amazing thing!
Boost Immunity
Enhances your memory
Fights aging
And Increases you Libido :)

So these teas are just amazing right! I probably can't get all at the moment but definitely some. I've always loved tea and the many benefits each tea has, but I never really was a tea drinker. This is a fun change.

Tell me what are your thoughts?
Do you suggest any other tea's that I could of missed?
What kind of tea do you drink?
