Clear Your Mind


I honestly didn't know what to write about today, but then, I realized  I've been kicking myself in the butt lately. Not literally but mentally. Honestly, I do this ever so often not really thinking about it. Recently reading a few great post about The Power of Law of Attraction and Afformations to Change Your Life.
It made me think. I already know about the Law of Attraction, I dig it very much, but I don't do it or think it to myself as often as I use too. I fell off that wagon. Now it's time to get back on. 
Instead of bitching about it as my ego want's to, I have to take control of it. It's only difficult if you think it's difficult, hence it will become more difficult. I hope that made sense lol.

I want to share with you all what I wrote down in my Journal.
 I want you to repeat this to yourself too.

Relax and breath. You are beautiful (or handsome)
You are unique, you accept good things to come.
You are filled with positive energy,
so much that it burns away the negative.
What you think is what you become.
So think carefully.
You speak what you think into existence.

Be free, be yourself, be different, be fun,
 be cautious, but be wild.
You live everyday, 
so live your life with purpose.
There is no time to waste, 
so fill your life with love and happiness. 
Tell the universe, yourself,
 you ask and receive with open arms.
You know what you want and 
what you need and you always find a way. 
You are happy.
You are aware of the power you
 have and you are not afraid to use it.

And of course over all things remember it's going to be Okay.

  3. great way of looking at everything. Most people are constantly on the go and get stressed out because of it.This will be great to print out and hang it where I can see it!

  7. I absolutely love this affirmation! Sara we all jump on and off the boat sometimes. I get hard on myself too when I'm not thinking positive or get upset at something trivial. Its human nature but as long as we strive to uplift each other and be the best version of ourselves that we can be, we will continue to grow and new thought patterns will become more and more consistent. In my experience it takes A LOT of time and practice.
    That's why I love writing about it because it also reminds me to BE it!

  8. Very Inspiring Sara! I can relate to it 100% and I believe not just me but others too. At some point in our lives we have our ups and downs, but then again it's not about how you fell out of that wagon but how you get back. Here's my favorite line grim your journal: You are filled with positive energy, so much that it burst the negative away!👍
