Balanced Body, Balanced Mind

I'm going to be straight forward. I'm obese and have been as long as I can remember.
I've been done being obese for a long time now and I finally
found something that can help me cross over that line. I do work out,
walk, meditate, and sleep good. I'm missing out on all that nutrition.
I don't eat balanced meals often, if not at all. Our house is no way filled
with any processed foods or anything like that. I just haven't been
putting all the things together properly.
More veggies and fruits wouldn't hurt either.

A few months ago I was doing pretty well!
Then bam all of a sudden... I gained 20lbs. I've been able to maintain my
weight for a long ass time, but since I and the whole house quite smoking cigarettes.
my weight went up. Of course you would think I would keep a good daily
work out to let out the toxins. Nope, no I did not. I did in fact walk every morning
but then slowed down on other things.
Then about a month ago I was feeling really gross with myself.
Like I honestly felt like Jabba the Hutt. I wasn't happy at all with myself.
So, instead of beating myself up for it adding more stress to my body I had to do something.
I've been looking at the 30 Day-Cleanse and Fat Burning System from Isagenix for
some time now. It has everything I'm looking for.
And my body does need a good cleanse along with some shakes.
Now, I've been in a shake program before,
not that it didn't work but it started working against my body because of certain ingredients.
I wanted to try something new before but all that matters is that I got around to it now.
I am ready, I am fully committed to taking this Cleanse head on.
It's going to be hard no doubt but its going to be hella worth it.

As soon as I get my kit I'll do a little un-boxing post and from then on
I will be posting every day on my experience and journey to getting my body right for the next 90 day's.

It's Summer! Oh, Hawaii?

Yes Florida, we'll skip right over spring over to summer. I don't mind you know why?
I am making it a priority to get outside whether I'll be right out in my front or back yard or I'm getting my happy ass to a park. Once a week I am going to make it to the beach.
You wouldn't believe it, we are so close yet really far away.
Until we get a car it'll be a little pain but well worth it.

Other than that, the other day whilst looking at Waldorf Schools for other locations, mom brought up Hawaii. Now, I know all it's beauty and glory and just breath takingness,
I never not once thought of living there. Vacationing? Hell yes! Living? Eh, nope.
Not only did I let expense cloud my judgment I let location get in my way. If you don't know me, I am, how do you say... not so fond of any natural disaster what-so-ever.
And active volcano's? F*** that. On an island middle of the ocean, tsunami magnet? No thank you. But why? Why let that get in the way of my life? Ever since mom brought up Hawaii, I've been seeing it everywhere! I have a e-mail subscription with the Travel Channel, and you know what's the first thing I see this morning? WIN A 100,000 DOLLAR WORTH TRIP TO HAWAII. I got all excited and entered that shit. Yesterday we received our Coastal Living magazine, BAM Hawaii all up in it. My Facebook and Instagram news feed? Hawaii. Who knows, you might see me on the beach in Maui.

The point is, don't stop yourself, let it happen, Once we let it go, that doubt, it kinda just all falls in to place, Sometimes the signs that are in our face are the ones we ignore. What ever you want is on it's way to you, but you have to see the opportunities that pop up and work at it.

I hope you enjoyed the very randomness of rambles!

Clear Your Mind

I honestly didn't know what to write about today, but then, I realized  I've been kicking myself in the butt lately. Not literally but mentally. Honestly, I do this ever so often not really thinking about it. Recently reading a few great post about The Power of Law of Attraction and Afformations to Change Your Life.
It made me think. I already know about the Law of Attraction, I dig it very much, but I don't do it or think it to myself as often as I use too. I fell off that wagon. Now it's time to get back on.
Instead of bitching about it as my ego want's to, I have to take control of it. It's only difficult if you think it's difficult, hence it will become more difficult. I hope that made sense lol.

I want to share with you all what I wrote down in my Journal.
I want you to repeat this to yourself too.

Relax and breath. You are beautiful (or handsome)
You are unique, you accept good things to come.
You are filled with positive energy,
so much that it burns away the negative.
What you think is what you become.
So think carefully.
You speak what you think into existence.

Be free, be yourself, be different, be fun,
 be cautious, but be wild.
You live everyday,
so live your life with purpose.
There is no time to waste,
so fill your life with love and happiness.
Tell the universe, yourself,
you ask and receive with open arms.
You know what you want and
what you need and you always find a way.
You are happy.
You are aware of the power you
have and you are not afraid to use it.

And of course over all things remember it's going to be Okay.

If you enjoyed this little post tell me in the commented below!
Thank you! :)

31 Day Squat Challenge: Day 1

Day 1: August 3, 2014
Measurements/weight:
-Waist: 46"
-Hips: 52"
-Chest: 46"
-Thighs: 28"
Weight: 219

Workout: Morning walk 10-15mins
               10 min. lower abs
               30 squats No weights

Woo wee have I been slacking, but ya know what? I'm so excited to get back on track and do a something a little different. I will still be adding my 10 minuets of yoga just to help that tummy progress along with my ass and leg progress. I never really got into squats, I don't know why. All that matters is I'm ready now to make my legs and jungle butt much more like Beast legs and Booty galore haha. So, what I am doing is first thing in the morning have my water then out the door I go with Stella just for a small walk around the block. I do plan on increasing the distance. After the walk I have a lovely breakfast. I have been bad at skipping breakfast and honestly forget about it. I know it's a big part of getting healthier, plus its my favorite meal of the day I should never skip it! About 2 1/2 hours after eating I start my 10 minuet lower ab workout then did my 30 squats. By increasing my food and exercise intake my body will be much happier and much healthier.
The photo's of my progress will be posted on day 31. I'm taking pictures of day 1, 15, and 31. For day's 1, 10,20, and 31, I will post my measurements/weight. Super excited to see those inches go down and that butt go up! haha.
I will be posting entries everyday just to tell you what's going and and all that fun stuff.
You can also join me if you'd like in the Squat Challenge, thanks to two of my friends I finally am doing it!

Are you Using the Law of Attraction as an Excuse?

One observation I have had (with myself included) is that I see so many of us using the Law of Attraction as an excuse not to take action on the things the Law of Attraction has brought into our lives. Let me explain, We manifest opportunity, we manifest healthier lives, we manifest situations in which we can be more of a benefit to society yet we do not do the one thing that The Law Of Attraction asks of us, and that is to act on those things. We say things like, "I have to make this decision from the Vortex" all while we do not put ourselves there to make that decision. We are some of the biggest Procrastinators out there. I just read my Mom's Blog post "Addicted to Disappointment" and I must say she made some very valid points, and I think that is why we LOAers use the LOA as our excuse not to take action. One thing I know is that I am wanting success and health and happiness, and I won't really embrace them unless I am able to make a move towards them. Abe says all the time, to act on impulse and follow our hearts. So does Bashar. Taking action is not the same as DOING. We do not have to be all overwhelmed with the doing, we can take action with out it being a stress. So many people that have achieved the level of success I am wanting have all taken ACTION on their opportunities. Here are some valuable golden nuggets from those people:

"Don't wait, the time will never be just right. ~ Napoleon Hill (The time is never right because we obsessively look for things to be wrong)

“The vision must be followed by the venture. It is not enough to stare up the steps – we must step up the stairs.” Vance Hayner ( One Step at a time, we allow ourselves to be overwhelmed by our big picture and self sabotage because we don't believe we are good enough for it)

"To succeed, jump as quickly at opportunities as you do at conclusions"..
-Benjamin Franklin (AH, Good ol Ben. We jump at conclusions so fast but rarely allow ourselves the opportunities that lay before us)

"Dream stealers go to great lengths to rob you of your energy, seduce you into believing that your dreams are not attainable and are threatened that you dare step out of their comfort zone. You must learn to let these people go or not give them the energy they seek. Your dreams are yours and they are the lifeblood of your energy. If you do not live your dreams you will end up working for someone who had dreams, in a place called a job."~Jeffery Combs ( Are we Stealing Our own Dreams?)

I am sure that's why so many more people are living with out abundance and health. We have created the gap in incomes. The wealthy do not hesitate, they gather the information they need and make a decision. They don't wait to see if they can talk themselves out of it. They ACT, and in the ACT they show their FAITH, and it is because of their FAITH they receive. We always receive our Fair Share;  The Fair share we Truly believe we deserve.

"The minute it begins to HAPPEN for you, people are going to say 'you're lucky'. They never know what price you pay. So you have to be willing to pay the price. You have got to be willing to take those Battle Scars."

So I do claim, I AM DESERVING and I recognize when I am trying to Use LOA as an excuse because I am addicted to disappointment and procrastination. I am not willing to stay here, I am ready to get my hands dirty and demonstrate my Faith. I am Ready, are you?
