Workouts- 15 Min Abs
                  145 Squats

Day 22:
Workout- 10 Min Abs
                80 Squats

Day 23:
Workout- 10 Min Abs
                40 Squats

Day 24:
Rest Day

Day 25: August 29th, 2014
Workout- 10 Min Abs
                100 Squats

It's been an awesome 5 days! We celebrated Stella's birthday, so I set up the pool. I've been getting more sun. I am definitely in need of it too. I don't get to go outside often, adding a little pool helps a lot. I cant believe I only have 5 day's left until this challenge is over! I'm super super proud of myself. Now I cannot wait to continue onto my next 30 days. Oh, something as exciting Erin Motz is setting up another 30 Day Yoga Challenge. It starts in 17 hours to be exact!
