Workout: 10 min. Lower Ab
Today's workout felt so refreshing it wasn't even funny. Ha ha. My body was super happy to stretch it out after that horrendous day of cleaning and walking. I can tell it's getting a bit easier on the squats right now because, those 50 squats, I didn't really feel like much, wooo hooo! Lower ab still kicks my ass. I think I'm gonna switch up the lower ab for tomorrow and really work on my hips and lower back a bit more. My body is still a bit sore from the other day and I don't think my bed is helping either. So, do you need some help on the lower back/hips too?
As you can tell I am a big fan of Erin Motz and her yoga videos. I've done all her video's and I obviously go back. Her video's are fairly simple and she targets everything that you need to target in your body.
